Clique 2 gears up for filming in Scotland
Pre-production is underway on the second series of Clique with filming due to begin in late spring in and around Edinburgh.
The BBC Three drama comes from Balloon Entertainment and will be delivered as 6 x 45 episodes.
The second series returns to follow Holly, a student at Edinburgh University who becomes involved with a close-knit group of charismatic young men.
Jess Brittain writes the show with Balloon’s Bryan Elsley as executive producer – the pair worked together previously on Skins.
Production Intelligence (PI) subscribers can log in for filming dates on the Edinburgh shoot and details of confirmed production personnel including the casting director, line producer, production designer and location manager.
Clique 2 is one of around 90 TV and film projects currently listed as being in pre-production on PI. Major dramas gearing up include The Rook, Chernobyl and Hanna.
