WFTV launches leadership progamme

Women in Film and Television UK (WFTV) has launched its 2025 Fast Track to Fearless Leadership Programme.
The cohort of 12 senior female leaders will spend six months under the tutelage of leadership coach Tracy Forsyth, as they embark on a programme that includes key topics such as persuading and influencing, landing key messages and motivating/ empowering team members.
This year’s cohort comprises:
• Ita O’Brien – CEO of Intimacy On Set Ltd, intimacy practitioner and author of “Intimacy”
• Emma Hardie – executive commercial and brand director, Aardman Animation
• Caroline O’Neill – assistant commissioner, BBC
• Julie Clark – director of production, ITV Studios Drama
• Liv Moss – director of digital content, Banijay UK
• Sian Price – MD, Yeti Productions
• Christina Angeloudes, commercial director, Big Talk
• Arabella Page Croft – CEO and founder, Black Camel
• Tolu Stedford – chief executive officer, Story Compound
• Rachel Arnold – COO, Fulwell 73
• Kit Morey – (VP) commissioning editor non-scripted UK originals, Channel5/Paramount+
• Kate Davis – head of sound, Azimuth
Through a mix of group coaching, 1-to-1 mentoring, expert-led masterclasses and speaking opportunities, the professionals will tackle challenges such as influencing industry change, shaping workplace culture, and positioning themselves as thought leaders.
