Following on from its previous report on gender in the industry, Sargent Disc presents a new report on how age relates to industry sector, employment, pay and the tracing of career progressions.

The report co-incides with Sargent Disc celebrating 25 years of providing payroll services to the UK film industry.

Looking back over the last three years, Sargent Disc has looked at the representation of the youngest and oldest across a range of production departments in the UK. It looks at how the workforce is changing and where the best opportunities are for those starting in the industry.
