Six Billion Dollar Man to film UK
Warner Bros.’ big-screen reboot of the hit 1970s TV series is now in early pre-production in the UK.
The Six Billion Dollar Man is based on the similarly-named US sci-fi action series that ran for five seasons and made a huge star of Lee Majors as the bionic Colonel Steve Austin.
Mark Wahlberg is set to play the lead in the new film that is directed by Damian Szifron from his own screenplay.
Szifron’s credits include Los Simuladores and Wild Tales, the most successful TV series and film respectively in the history of his native Argentina.
