Kudos gears up to shoot Sky Atlantic's The Tunnel
Kudos Film and Television is gearing up to shoot a remake of the Scandinavian crime hit The Bridge at the end of this month. The much anticipated UK/French co-production, called The Tunnel, will be set around the Channel Tunnel.
The Scandinavian drama focused on the murder investigation of two dead bodies sewn together at the waist and dumped on the border of Denmark and Sweden. It finished its run on BBC Four in May to rave reviews, with The Telegraph describing it as ‘clever and compelling as Borgen or The Killing’.
The lengthy 25 week shoot is set to film in Kent and France for delivery to Sky Atlantic and Canal+.
