MediaCity Offers Free Facilities For Non-TX Pilots
MediaCity UK in Salford is incentivising programme-makers to use its new Studios by offering complimentary use of its facilities for pilots. According to studio chief Andy Waters, the Studios team is offering 100% facilities discount on non-TX pilots being produced in one of its seven HD studios for a limited time.
Andy says: "Producing a TV pilot can be a costly exercise and we are keen to look at how we, as the UK's newest studio facility, can support new formats and help get new shows commissioned. Therefore, for a limited time, we've cut the cost of facilities for making all non-tx pilots for new productions."
