Will Ferrell to shoot Eurovision in the UK
A new take on the iconic Eurovision Song Contest is filming in the UK later this summer, produced by and starring Will Ferrell.
The film, which is produced by Gary Sanchez Productions, is directed by David Dobkin from a screenplay by Ferrell and Andrew Steele.
Ferrell has experience of filming in the UK – in 2017 he starred in and produced Holmes & Watson, co-starring John C Reilly, which was based at Shepperton Studios and took in locations including Hampton Court Palace.
Eurovision is one of several inward investment projects currently making their mark in the UK – others include Tom and Jerry, The Batman, The Great and Enola Holmes.
