Ascott House is a Grade 11 listed building set in a 4,500 acre estate, with 35 acres of formal gardens that contain fountains, topiary and views of Aylesbury Vale and Dunstable Downs. Architecture is “English Cottage meets Tudor Manor House” red brick, which is half-timbered in black wood.

A Victorian built cricket pitch, original wooden score board hut, Victorian wooden pavilion with original changing rooms, showers, basins, toilets, and a wooden Long Room with Veranda are available for filming.
