Recent media reports suggest historic Twickenham Studios is on the brink of closure.

Despite an illustrious track record ranging from Blade Runner and My Week With Marilyn to The Iron Lady and War Horse, Twickenham Studios” administrator Gerald Krasner said the business will probably be closed by June with the site sold on, possibly to property developers.

There is an industry lobby and petition that is attempting to preserve the studios” future, but it is not clear if anyone in the film sector will be able to offer enough cash to rescue the loss-making venture.
