Third series of Industry starts shooting with Kit Harington
The third series of Bad Wolf’s high-finance drama, Industry, begins filming for the BBC and HBO this week, with Kit Harington joining the regular cast.
Created by Mickey Down and Konrad Kay, the show follows a group of graduates at high-profile, high-pressure London investment bank Pierpoint & Co.
Harington joins the cast as Henry Muck, CEO and founder of Lumi, a green-tech energy company about to go public. As Pierpoint sets its sights on ethical investing, the desk finds themselves embroiled in the headline-making flotation.
The 8 x 60 series is written by creators Down and Kay, drawing on their past experiences working in investment banking, and executive produced by Jane Tranter, Kate Crowther and Ryan Rasmussen for Bad Wolf, and Rebecca Ferguson for the BBC. Industry films at Wolf Studios, Cardiff.
Bad Wolf is busy developing several productions, including the adaptation of journalist Terri White’s memoir, Coming Undone and Dope Girls, about the birth of the underground drugs culture following the end of the First World War.
It is also due to begin filming a brand-new drama, details of which are listed exclusively for subscribers on Production Intelligence.
