Netflix has released first-look images for its three-part drama, Agatha Christie’s Seven Dials, that filmed in Bristol and at The Bottle Yard Studios.

The adaptation is from seasoned Broadchurch scribe Chris Chibnall, and stars Mia McKenna-Bruce, Helena Bonham Carter, Martin Freeman, Corey Mylchreest, Ed Bluemel and Nabhaan Rizwan.
Set at a lavish country-house party in 1925, the plot centres on a practical joke that seems to have gone murderously wrong, leaving the spirited and inquisitive Lady Eileen ‘Bundle’ Brent (McKenna-Bruce) to solve the mystery…
Agatha Christie’s The Seven Dials filmed for four months from mid-June 202, at The Bottle Yard Studios and on location in the south-west region as well as Spain.

The series is executive produced by The Crown’s Suzanne Mackie through her company Orchid Pictures and Chris Sussman, along with Chibnall for his company Imaginary Friends and James Prichard of Agatha Christie Limited and Andy Stebbing. Chris Sweeney is director and exec producer; Joanna Crow produces.

Agatha Christie’s Seven Dials Mystery was among 29 major productions that filmed in Bristol last year; the economic impact of productions filming on location in Bristol and at The Bottle Yard Studios rose by 55% in 2024-25 to £46.6m, according to annual figures from Bristol Film Office.
