ScreenSkills is hosting an online course for high-end TV freelancers in leadership and management essentials, with the sessions split over 19 and 20 February.

Aimed at HoDs and managers in HETV production, post and VFX who are increasingly required to run larger teams, the course will cover:

• What is leadership?

• Team dynamics and personalities

• Culture: working inclusively

• Managing performance

• Addressing bullying, harassment and discrimination

• Looking after ourselves and our teams

This bespoke course is owned by ScreenSkills High-end Television Skills Fund and was designed by industry trainer Addie Orfila.  It is delivered by a team of industry experts and/or executive coaches.
