Production begins on The Devil’s Hour S2 for Amazon Prime

The second series of Hartswood Films’ The Devil’s Hour goes into production this week, based once again at Farnborough Film Studios, for delivery to Amazon Prime.

Tom Moran is the creator of the Devil’s Hour, with Steven Moffatt exec producing. The drama won a double series re-commission in November last year, with S2 and 3 being greenlit at once.

Farnborough Film Studios is owned and operated by Stage Fifty; last year it was announced that one of the stages there would be called the Hartswood Stage – the prodco was the first to utilise the new studio when it opened nearly two years ago, basing production on The Devil’s Hour S1 and Inside Man there.

Stage Fifty currently runs three major south-east studios: Farnborough Film Studios, Winnersh Film Studios (which includes a large VP stage) and Wycombe Film Studios.
