Filming begins on Lockwood & Co for Netflix
Filming begins in London this week on Lockwood & Co, a supernatural detective drama for Netflix from writer/director Joe Cornish.
The hefty 8 x 60 run is based on the best-selling books by Jonathan Stroud, about Lucy Carlyle, a young psychic investigator who joins Lockwood & Co, London’s smallest psychic detective agency, to investigate an epidemic of ghostly events – where only young people can see the ghosts.
Lockwood & Co comes from Complete Fiction, the production company launched in 2018 by Nira Park, Edgar Wright, Cornish and Rachael Prior.
The Complete Fiction team is also developing a sequel to the 2011 hit, Attack the Block, John Boyega’s breakout film.
