Truth Seekers starts filming
Truth Seekers, a new comedy horror series for Amazon Prime, is now filming.
The 8 x 30 project comes from Stolen Picture, the production company founded by Simon Pegg, Nick Frost and Miles Ketley.
It centres on paranormal investigators Gus and Dave (played by Frost and Pegg), a ghost-hinting duo who travel the country to capture paranormal sightings on film.
Truth Seekers is the first series from Stolen Picture, whose first feature film, Slaughterhouse Rulez, opened last year.
The company is also working on a new Sara Pascoe comedy, an adaptation of Ben Aaronovitch’s Rivers of London and horror feature Svalta, to be made in connection with Orion Pictures.
Richard Webb produces Truth Seekers, Jim Field Smith directs from scripts by Pegg, Frost, Nat Saunders and James Serafinowicz.
