New Julian Fellowes drama heads to TV
Downton Abbey scribe Julian Fellowes is overseeing his next drama to head to the small screen, Belgravia.
Adapted from his novel of the same name, the drama centres around a ball held in Brussels for the Duke of Wellington on the eve of the Battle of Waterloo in 1815.
The drama explores the ramifications of the event for two families living in London decades later. It is for delivery for ITV as 6 x 60 episodes.
As first reported on Production Intelligence in November, Belgravia comes from Carnival Films and reunites Downton Abbey executive producers Gareth Neame, Liz Trubridge and Nigel Marchant.
Details of the shoot dates and key names including the producer, director, casting director, line producer and production designer are on Production Intelligence.
Fellowes is also working on a TV series about the Rothschild banking dynasty and a Netflix drama about the origins of modern football called The English Game.
