Back To Life enters pre-production

BBC Three

New BBC Three drama Back To Life has shifted into pre-production at Two Brothers Pictures.

The six-part series will tell the story of a woman who attempts to rebuild her life in her small home town after spending ten years in prison for a notorious crime.

Daisy Haggard, best known for comedy shows Hang Ups, Episodes and Uncle, will star.

Production Intelligence subscribers can log in now for details of the key crew, including the director, producer and executive producers, as well as the date for the start of shooting.

Two Brothers Pictures has become a prolific UK production company. A second series of Phoebe Waller-Bridge’s dark relationship comedy Fleabag is currently filming, as is Baptiste, a crime drama spinoff from previous BBC drama The Missing.

The company also produced the Hong Kong-set mystery drama Strangers, recently launched on ITV.
