Principal photography is underway on The Personal History of David Copperfield, directed by Armando Iannucci and starring Dev Patel.
The film, which will shoot in London, Norfolk and Hull, is a modern-day take on the Dickens classic written by Iannucci and Simon Blackwell. Kevin Loader produces.
Patel is supported by a starry cast including Tilda Swinton, Hugh Laurie, Ben Whishaw, Aneurin Barnard, Rosalind Eleazar and Morfydd Clark.
