Natalie Dormer thriller films in September
Game of Thrones star Natalie Dormer is preparing to star in feature film In Darkness, which is lining up a September shoot.
Dormer has also co-written the screenplay along with Anthony Byrne who will direct. The producers are Byrne, Josh Varney, Ben Pugh and Adam Morane-Grifftihs; PI subscribers can log in for details of the casting director.
The psychological revenge thriller centres on Sophia (Dormer), a blind musician who falls into a violent world after hearing a murder taking place in the flat above. Emily Ratajkowski is the latest talent reported to be attached – she joins a cast including Ed Skrein and Stacy Martin.
Dormer is a Game of Thrones veteran, having played Queen Margaery Tyrell for the last four years. Series 7, which we confirmed a month ago as comprising seven episodes, is now in pre-production with key crew details listed on Production Intelligence.
