Promotional tie-in for new Mike Figgis film

Suspension of Disbelief posterIndependent film distributor Swipe Films has teamed up with Coco de Mer - the luxury erotic boutique in Covent Garden - in connection with the opening week of the new Mike Figgis-directed film, Suspension of Disbelief.

The erotic thriller opened on 19 July, and stars Sebastian Koch, Lotte Verbeek, Emilia Fox, Julian Sands, Kenneth Cranham and Frances de la Tour. It centres on a literature professor who becomes implicated in a murder.

The promotional tie-in means that anyone going to see the film during its first seven days has the chance to win £200 spending money at Coco de Mer, via an email entry.

Frank Mannion of Swipe Films said last week: "The big release this weekend is Simon Pegg's zombie movie The World's End, which is bound to attract a male dominated audience. As counter-programming, we thought we would try and incentivise women (and their boyfriends) to see a classy thriller, with the added attraction of a fantastic prize of a stunning makeover at Coco de Mer. "

(If you're going to see Suspension of Disbelief over the next few days, and want to be in with a chance of winning the voucher, email a picture of your ticket to comp@swipefilms.com)
