Sir Ridley Scott is working on Exodus, a film which will tell the story of the life of Moses.

There has been much speculation in the press about who will play the lead role in the biblical epic, with Christian Bale being the latest name thrown into the mix. What is known about the Old Testament tale is that it comes from Twentieth Century Fox, is based at Pinewood Studios, and is in early pre, pre-production. An end of year shoot is currently in the frame.

Exodus is one of many big budget Hollywood projects heading for the UK over the coming months.

Scott”s most recently completed project is The Counselor, which also shot in the UK and stars Michael Fassbender, Javier Bardem and Penelope Cruz.
