Lime Pictures restructures senior management team
The Only Way Is Essex and Fresh Meat producer Lime Pictures is restructuring its senior management team. Chief executive Lesley Douglas, who joined the company in January last year, is also leaving the All3Media owned indie.
The new executive team will be formed by Lime’s managing director Claire Poyser and chief operating officer Kate Little, and will consist of three creative heads who will report to them.
Bryan Kirkwood, the executive producer of Hollyoaks, has been appointed head of continuing drama, while Lime producer Rebecca Hodgson has been made head of drama.
The company’s entertainment and format executive Ruth Wrigley will oversee the new position of head of unscripted and reality content, until the role is filled.
Douglas told industry magazine Broadcast: “I came to Lime to refocus our tremendous assets to face the challenges of the TV and media business. Over recent months, however, a series of exciting projects have presented themselves, which it would have been impossible for me to pursue from within Lime. It is with real sadness, therefore, that I have decided to leave.”
