Sky1 opens its doors to Harrow School
ITN Productions has been granted access to film a fly-on-the-wall documentary in Harrow School. Filming will take place over 12 months and result in a series for Sky 1 in autumn 2013.
Access to the famed public school is a coup for Sky, though it is not the first time the school has opened its doors to producers. A decade ago, Bazal Productions also filmed there in the process of making The School On The Hill for ITV’s Carlton TV franchise.
The subject of secondary schools was also dealt with recently by producer Twofour, which placed 65 cameras at Passmores School and Technology College while filming Educating Essex for Channel 4.
