John Bishop's Big Year: From Production Intelligence
Lola Entertainment is gearing up to film John Bishop’s Big Year (w/t) next week, in which the comedian will perform stand-up sets looking back at the past year’s incredible events.
Filmed in front of a live studio audience, Bishop will address the highs and lows of the past 12 months with the help of archive clips and bespoke sketches.
The comedian will also front John Bishop’s Only Joking for Sky1, where a host of comics and other famous faces share their favourite jokes in front of a studio audience. Only Joking was also produced by Lola Entertainment.
John Bishop’s Big Year was commissioned by Danny Cohen, Controller BBC One and Karl Warner, Executive Editor Entertainment. It will be Executive Produced by Karl Warner for the BBC and Lisa Thomas for Lola Entertainment.
