My flexible and holistic approach to Fitness and Wellbeing provide each client with a bespoke program, tailor made to their requirements.  I can supplement this with massage therapy to treat injury and promote flexibility.

I trained at Exeter University having been inspired by my time spent in China studying Martial Arts in a Shaolin Temple. 

I am constantly exploring and developing new and exciting training methods to introduce to my programs, but do believe that employing a sense of fun to a session, can increase the productivity and motivation.
