Expansion
As a family business (started in 2008) we have been cautious not to expand too quickly but now, 14 years later we have just finished building 2 more 18 ton catering trucks, bringing our fleet to 6 large beautiful kitchens, 8 fridge vans and many support vehicles making us the largest location caterers in Wales. We have 5 Staff Head chefs to head each vehicle guaranteeing continuity and quality to each production.
We are based in s.Wales but cover a radius of roughly 250 miles. Chris Lee was trained by the Roux brothers and is an exceptionally talented chef who trains all our chefs to the same standard. All our food is made from scratch and all dietary requirements catered for.
