Kylie Minogue to mark ITV’s return to An Audience with… format

Kylie from ITVITV is returning to its tried and tested celebrity entertainment format as it has confirmed An Audience With Kylie will record later this year.

The ‘Audience With…’ format combines live music performances with a series of questions from a celebrity audience as the Australian singer and actor looks back over her five decade-long career; this is the second time she will have fronted the programme.

ITV Studios-owned Lifted Entertainment will produce the show in conjunction with BMG, with recording on 1 December at the Royal Albert Hall.

The format started with a six-part programme called An Audience with Jasper Carrott in 1978 and from 1980 onwards, it became a series of standalone shows with one-off special guests hosts performing and chatting in front of invited celebrity guests. The last ‘Audience With…’ to air was with the Adele-hosted show in November 2021.

An Audience with Kylie has been commissioned by Lily Wilson, commissioning editor, ITV Entertainment and head of entertainment commissioning, Katie Rawcliffe.

Kylie said: “I’m so excited to announce that I am teaming up with ITV for An Audience with at London’s iconic Royal Albert Hall! I’ll be performing some of my favourite tracks from throughout my career and no doubt answering some surprising questions from the audience. I can’t wait to share this moment with you all.”
