Auction House franchise receives bumper order and switches channel

The tranche of three shows under the Auction House format totals 36 hours of programming
Warner Bros. Discovery UK & Ireland has commissioned STV Studios Factual to produce three new series in its Auction House franchise.
The total tranche of 36 x 60’ episodes comprises The Yorkshire Auction House S7 (18 x 60’); Celebrity Yorkshire Auction House S6 (6 x 60’) and The Derbyshire Auction House S3 (12 x 60’). The shows will move from Really to sister channel Quest for their new runs.
The original show in the franchise, The Yorkshire Auction House, that launched in 2021, returns to follow auctioneer Angus Ashworth as he travels the country, valuing collectables then running the auction at which they are sold.
Spin-off show Celebrity Yorkshire Auction House features well-known faces as they open their doors to Ashworth, joining in a declutter and valuing items from their homes.
Antiques dealer and one of the few women in the UK to run her own auction house, Irita Marriott returns for a third series of The Derbyshire Auction House, the 12 newly-commissioned episodes makes the largest order of the show to date.

Craig Hunter, creative director of STV Studios Factual, said: “The Auction House franchise has become a cornerstone of STV Studios Factual’s output in recent years and the recommissioning of all three series is testament to the fact that viewers have taken these shows – and Angus and Irita – to their hearts.
“This bumper order is a strong vote of confidence in our expertise from the Nations and Regions and we’re excited to take the franchise to new heights in 2026.”
