Wonder Woman film setting up in the UK
A starry cast is assembling in the UK to shoot a new film version of Wonder Woman, with Chris Pine the latest recruit reportedly boarding the project.
Israeli actress Gal Gadot is lined up as Diana Prince - a role which she also played in the forthcoming Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, which completed production in New Mexico in December.
The original DC Comics Wonder Woman made her debut in print in the early 1940s - a warrior princess of the Amazons armed with a tiara as a weapon and bracelets that can ward off attack.
Patty Jenkins directs the Warner Bros. film from a screenplay by Jason Fuchs; shoot dates are yet to be locked down but we do have more specific details on Production Intelligence.
