Inside No. 9 gears up for series 3
A third series of the dark comedy anthology Inside No. 9 is gearing up for a late November shoot, with the majority of crew returning from series two.
Reece Shearsmith and Steve Pemberton have once again penned the six-part run, for delivery to BBC Two, with the often macabre episodes linked only by the fact that each takes place behind the closed doors of a number 9 somewhere…
The programme has won several awards, including the 2014/2015 Royal Television Society Programme gong for best comedy performance and Best Programme of the Year at the recent BBC Production Awards.
Filming continues until early next year on the series, with a break for Christmas, in the south-east region. Adam Tandy returns to produce, with the majority of crew returning from series 2. To see details of these and other hires, log into Production Intelligence.
