Agatha Raisin films late spring
The second series of Agatha Raisin is now in pre-production with filming due to start in late spring.
Ashley Jensen returns as the eponymous PR-turned-PI who moves from her life in London to the Cotswolds and ends up running her own detective agency.
Series 2 is from Free@Last TV and Company Pictures for delivery to Acorn; the executive producer is Michele Buck.

PI currently has listings for around 88 projects in pre-production including Series 2 of Britannia, which this time will shoot largely in the UK, Sally Wainwright’s period piece Gentleman Jack starring Suranne Jones and Second World War drama Jerusalem, set to film in Cardiff and London.
