Harry and Llion met when they worked together as young Chefs in Cardiff’s fine dining restaurant Le Gallois in 2002.
after gaining extensive experience running kitchens at a number of successful restaurants in Wales, London and as far afield as Sydney, the pair finally seized the opportunity to put their talents together, establishing Scene Cuisine in April 2011.

Scene Cuisine runs 2 state-of-the-art mobile kitchens where all food is freshly prepared and cooked on site so that film and TV shoots; music festivals; commercials or corporate events can be covered anywhere in the UK. No dietary requirements are too much trouble - with vegetarians, vegans and those with allergies all catered for.
Despite the business growing steadily (clients in 2011 included S4C, BBC Wales and Channel 4), Harry and Llion are always on location to ensure the very highest standards are maintained.
