NIGEL BOOTH is a commercial sculptor, specializing in prosthetics, animatronics and props. With contributions to over 50 film/TV productions, and countless promotional projects and commercials, he has been nominated for ‘BAFTA’ and ‘EMMY’ awards in prosthetic make-up and special effects sculpture, respectively.

Over the past 26 years, he has worked with many well established and respected make-up effects companies, both in the UK and abroad, spending 12 years as a designer and sculptor at THE JIM HENSON CREATURE SHOP.

In January 2004, he opened NIGEL BOOTH DESIGN , which is currently based in North London.
Working alongside a small team of freelance technicians, he offers a broad range of creative skills, providing cost effective prosthetics and props designed to compliment and support the latest digital techniques.
